Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds, exchanges and store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and the applicable consumer laws of regions outside of Australia in which we ship our goods.
- Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
- If the goods you purchased from us are damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund, an exchange or store credit. Please notify us in writing by using the Contact us form on our website within 14 days of receiving the goods to initiate the refund, exchange or store credit process.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned goods. If approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days, or the exchange item will be printed and shipped to you. It may take your bank or credit card company some time to process the refund.
- Exceptions
- We are unable to provide refunds for underwear trunks unless they are faulty, and gift cards.
- While a change of mind is not entitled to a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law, your satisfaction is important to us at 9 Dragons. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by using the Contact Us form on our website and we will do our best to provide a solution.
- And any other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law, or the applicable law if outside of Australia.
