Just off the phone from Eric … it’s good news … Corey’s op seems to have gone as well as expected.
And Eric just posted on Facebook …
“our little man is ok very sore 2 big plates in his elbo 16 screws in hospital till possibly wednsday. Thanks to all for your support and a big thanks to the people i talked to last night on the phone thank you”
Not sure how long Corey will be off the bike … but it will be at least a few months.
Even more amazing - for the first time in his life Eric hasn’t sent a photo!
Lots of news including introducing a new team rider riding for new Aussie BMX company Pilgrim BMX. We featured Pligrim’s dialed completes a few weeks ago here. We’ll have them instore real soon.
Get your diary out and write in Saturday 3 April ‘Colony Instore & Above All Opening Jam’.
It’s going to be an epic day. Big instore with the Colony team at the new Engadine Shop then a Jam later in the arvo.
Speaking Colony news, Chris Courtenay is now on the Colony Flow Team. Saw him shredding at the Orange Jam a couple of weekends ago and his riding caught the photographers attention too as you can see!
We were one of the sponsors of the big Jam in Orange on Saturday. It seemed like every rider from Sydney made the trip. This was definitely one of the best supported Jams for a while with riders like Ryan Guettler, Nick Richardson and Alex Hiam coming down from Brisbane, Chris Harti and a crew from Canberra and riders from all over regional NSW. The new extensions are sweet and it’s definitely worth the drive. Check back for pix of the Jam in the next few days.
